Shipping


All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving your order from our Tofino, BC Studio. 

Orders over $450 qualify for free shipping within Canada. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.


In our efforts to reduce waste, will not include a packing list with your order. Please refer to your order and shipping confirmation emails for all information regarding your order. 

Returns & Exchanges


We want you to love your new bag. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to arrange for an exchange or return. We're here to make sure you're delighted with your purchase.


Unworn, full-price items in new condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. Return shipping for all items must be paid for by the customer. Please reply to the order confirmation email to arrange for returns.


Custom Work items are final sale, however please contact us to discuss any concerns.


Exchanges, complimentary. Please email us at hello@marketcanvasleather.comwith your exchange request.


All returns and exchanges must be in brand new and undamaged condition.


Once a return is received, please allow 10 business days for processing, and 10 business days for your refund to post to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same method used to make the purchase.



International Orders 


Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping costs on international orders, all fees will be calculated at checkout. 


Please keep in mind, your new bag may take longer to reach you. 


Please allow extra time for your order to pass through customs. Any applicable taxes and duties will be billed to you directly. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs, so please be prepared to pay duties for larger orders.
